1. Business Development
a. The BDMs will be assigned an area where he / she will work
b. Preferably the BDMs should have connections & data in the sectors mentioned above, but if not, then he/she has to work hard to develop the market
c. Should do the Data Mining in the assigned area
d. Generate the awareness about the solar energy
e. Make the potential customers aware about the Govt & commercial benefits and solar plants
f. Participate in the relevant exhibitions & Trade Fairs
g. Appoint dealers & channel partners

2. Sales
a. Make Phone calls to fixup meetings on a daily basis
b. Meet the prospective customers from junior level to decision makers
c. Regular Follow ups with the clients
d. Preparing the sales funnel
e. Closing the orders thru self, team and dealers

3. Targets
a. BDMs should achieve the desired and given targets on Monthly & Quarterly basis
b. Targets will be in capacities or the size of the solar plants (in KW or MW) and in Value

4. Personality Traits
a. Confident in Meeting the junior & top management persons
b. Good communication skills
c. Good negotiating skills
d. Hard Working
e. Honest

5. General Should have own conveyance
