JOB DESCRIPTION:

Tendering & Bid Management
1. Experience in Bid Management (both On Line & Off Line) and RFx (RFI/RFP/RFQ) processes, organizing and managing winning proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFPs)
2. Managing the preparation, completion and submission of bids, proposals and submissions.
3. Ensuring that all bids, submissions and proposals are of the highest quality of content and presentation, and are submitted correctly and on time.
4. Coordination of the activities of bid teams including dedicated bid resources (e.g. Commercial Manager, Bid Administrator) and operational resources allocated to support specific bids.
5. Key client identification and engagement and dramatically increasing the success rate of bids.
6. Experience in preparation of relevant documents and coordinating with Banks for EMD & BG.

Govt Business
1. Should have proven track record of Project Management & Client Handling expertise including Pre-Sales negotiation with OEMs and Proof of Concept (POC)
2. Should have excellent connections and have done deals in Govt Departments & PSUs, MNRE, SECI, IPGCL, SNAs like EEREM, HAREDA, UPNEDA, UREDA, PEDA etc
3. Liaison with the DISCOM officials for getting the NOC and various SNA officials for subsidy
4. Preparation of the documents and files for NOC and subsidies

Soft Skills
1. Excellent communication Skills required both verbal and written
2. Confident in meeting top Govt officials and Department Heads and at any level
3. Good in drafting letters and emails
